One option for the scaled down version is to leave the drama completely out. If you want to go even leaner – You can leave out the gift boxes too and do some activities

For the total streamlined version to present in 30 minutes – Just present the Bible Story story using the 8 bulbs.

This is also a great option for a mid-week, small group or possibly do it during a special adult service where you do have a mixed age group instead of just baby sitting.
